Notary Public No. 154 assists you in this process, and we kindly request the following documents:
Valid official ID of the interested parties;
Birth certificate of the interested partiess;
Marriage or divorce certificate (as applicable) of the interested parties;
Document proving ownership of the property (invoice, public deed);
Appraisal of the property certified by a notary public;
Proof of address of the interested parties;
Certificate of no encumbrances;
Documents certifying payment of public services;
Property plans;
Proof of tax status.
