Company Incorporation
The incorporation of new companies with legal personality is a process in which two or more individuals come together to formalize their partnership by establishing rules, a name, purpose, operating procedures, and the capital required to begin operations.
Public Notary Office No. 154 provides support during this process. As an initial step, we kindly request the following documents for your partners, shareholders, commissioner, legal representative, and/or board members:
Two valid IDs (INE, Passport, Professional License, Driver’s License);
Birth certificate;
Marriage or divorce certificate (as applicable);
CURP (Unique Population Registry Code);
Proof of tax status;
Proof of address (no older than 3 months).
If you represent a legal entity, we request the following documentation:
Articles of incorporation;
Proof of tax status;
Document proving you are the legal representative or attorney-in-fact;
Proof of tax status of the legal representative or attorney-in-fact;
Minutes of all formal meetings held to date.
