Donations
Donations are legal acts where individuals or legal entities transfer funds or other material goods to a third party through an agreement.
Notary Public No. 154 provides assistance throughout this process, and we kindly request the following documentation:
Original property title with registration stamp from the Public Registry of Property;
For buildings, the original construction permit and notice of completion of the work;
Proof of payment of property tax;
Proof of payment for water services for the five years prior to the date of the transaction;
Birth certificate of the parties involved;
Marriage or divorce certificate (as applicable) of the parties involved
Valid official photo ID of the parties involved;
Proof of address of the parties involved;
Power of attorney documentation, if applicable;
CURP (Unique Population Registry Code) of the parties involved;
Proof of tax status of the parties involved.
