Probate proceedings are legal processes aimed at transferring the assets, rights, and obligations acquired during a person's lifetime that are transferable to others.
Notary Public No. 154 provides assistance throughout this process, so we kindly request the following documentation:
Original death certificate;
Birth certificates of the interested parties and witnesses;
Marriage or divorce certificates of the interested parties;
Property titles, as applicable;
Valid official photo IDs of the interested parties and witnesses;
CURP (Unique Population Registry Code) of the interested parties and witnesses;
Proof of payment of property tax;
List or diagram of the real estate properties involved;
Certificate of no encumbrance of the real estate properties;
Two witnesses who are not relatives of the interested parties.
